Welcome! After 10+ years in marketing, 6+ in retail and 1+ in motherhood – I’m getting back into my groove.  I adore retail – but am not quite ready to open another boutique yet (i just can’t get enough of Oscar!) – so i decided to help others open up shop instead. 

I wrote the Proprietress when i was pregnant and all this info was fresh in my head.  I was getting ready to launch it into the world when i realized i could offer so much more to the aspiring entrepreneur.  With years of relationships, a knack for finding great resources, and a desire to help others succeed – i decided to create this blog as a resource for all small boutique owners to find new lines, gather tips, and share ideas.  Whether you are a designer, a shop-keeper, or someone with a dream – I hope this blog provides inspiration.
